Tough question as you have lots of options.. Backwaters of alleppy-kottayam,Munnar,Kovalam,Wayanad etc.. For me its the backwaters...

munnar is a beautiful placei had visited the hills and small valley 's at munnar is very awesome i had visited there one or two times .
