hmm W hat inspires you too coook?

most of my inspiration comes from knowing how good something could have been. for example, my wife and i eat out a lot, we usually have a decent meal but we leave the restuarant thinking that we could've made that same dish, much better and cheaper. So that's where it starts for us a lot of times. otherwise watching the food network and chefs like mario batali also inspires me.

i love to cook because im doing it for the love of my family. i really like cooking & eating.
