My husband and I met on Match.com 3 years ago and we married right away.
It's interesting to hear the stories of other people and how they have met online, the situation, the circumstances.

I met my husband during college but I have several friends who have met and married from match.com. I am a big advocate of the service. One of my friends had a hard time meeting someone. I urged her to try match and she took my advice. The first guy she met turned out to be Mr. right nad they are now happily married!

Good for those two...It's great how the online process works. You get to pic your spouse and not get some someone hitting on you at the bar~

My husband and I met on irc 9 years ago. We both regularly went to the trivia channel on line and became friends. He lived 1300km or so away from me, but came to visit me 3 months after we started talking. We got engaged 6 months later and had only seen each other 3 times but spent a lot of time talking and corresponding with each other. We recently had our 8th anniversary.
