Very possible and very much so done. Each time Yahoo and Hotmail (MSN) try to figure out how and what they did... hoping to use the knowledge to make it less and less easy to access but face it... for ever programmer out there, there is a hacker just as talented, if not more.

I think is possible because now are many programs that can find out your password.
For example if you use a computer and a program like this is activated and then you enter on to MSN or Yahoo Messenger that program records your ID and password. Then some one can easily enter in to your MSN or Messenger and change your password.
So you should be very carefully when you use another computer.
You should look on the right side of the Taskbar to see what programs are rolling.

it is possible. but tere is a lot of limitations. i have personally tried it. it works. they create dummy programs which look like original yahoo or hotmail messenger. when someone enters their username and password it is either saved in some specific folder or it can be programed to mail. the same can be done with credit card details also. but the limitation is that. if it is programed to mail it will be found out by antivirus programs. to the victim he gets a message the server is busy or something like that.

The easiest way is if they already worked for yahoo or msn, as per my friend, he worked for yahoo and they have this account management tool which allows any user of it to access anybody's information and then can easily change the password of the account and you can log in as if you are the yahoo ID owner to several of yahoo services like personals, domains, mail, etc.

I am sure people have done it, but I dont know how to, nor do I want to know.
It could be a crime in my opinion, if the hackers are ever caught!
