Are NOVELS BETTER than MOVIES ??

Novels such as Harry potter ,lord of ring,jurassic series etc are good to watch as movies or it preferable to read the original novels??

Ofcourse novels are better than movies cause when we read, we go to the imaginative world ourself. But when we watch a movie, we just look in to the screen.

I usually like the movie better if I see it before reading the book, but if I read the book before seeing the movie, its visa verca. Thanks!!!

I would much rather read a book than watch a movie. I tend to get bored with movies. With a book, you can use your imagination. And they give alot more detail than a movie.
