Usefull & Useless Cash Item in Online Game.

If you play online game with Item Mall/Cash Item system, do you think most of those item is usefull? Or you buy it only for show off?
How much money would you spend it for that?
And what is the most expensive cash item you ever buy?
I have play Pangya/Albatross 18, and the most usefull item i buy is SE After Burner, and the most useless item i buy is flag for my char's face.
Share your experience with me, any online game you have play with cash item (^_^).

i play maplestory and almost everything they sell is limited time (90 days) so i dont bother i think its a huge waste of money

I only buy unlimited item, not limited time. Pangya for example, i buy 7 USD worth club (because can be used by all of my characters ^_^)

Some of my Friend Sell Online Game Cash For Real Life Cash,Which makes me sick as they never Play in the Spirit of the Game.

what about cash item? Online game mostly use "Pay2play" or "play4free, buy4item". selling item with real money for "Pay2play" is annoying. But when online game using "play4free, buy4item" system, the game item divided into 2 types.
First, is item who can be buy using virtual money (zenny, cegel, gil, etc)"
Second, is item who can be buy by spending your real money with voucher. You buy that voucer, enter the voucher code and you can buy those item.
