Sunday Night Pizza

It has become a tradition with my husband and I to have pizza on sunday night, he makes it and he is the best pizza maker ever! Whether it is the extra care or that little bit of love that goes into it or a secret that he has for making the pizza, I don't know, but it is delicious! What's the best pizza that you have had?

Is that every Sunday? I think I can make a good pizza when I take the time to do it right. The best I have ever had was from a pizza place called Mama Mia's. That is so nice to be able to share that with your husband.

Yes, every sunday - I'm getting quite spoiled. Of course, I spoil my husband very well, and the two cats and... Mama Mia's sounds like a great place to have pizza - like it's authentic Italian. I think the best pizza that I have ever had was when I was a kid. The pizza place was in Waterbury, Connecticut and called Dominic's Pizza. It was totally awesome. The owners grew their own tomatoes, herbs and spices. The restaurant was created in the lower front area of their house (and later, more was built on). It took us 30 minutes to drive there and I would love to go with my Dad, especially in the winter because I was in charge of holding the pizza's on my lap! What better way to spend 30 minutes than being toasty warm and smelling the aroma?!
