An introvert needs help!!

I'm being an introvert these late months. I didn't have any social problem before, I couldn't spend a day without hanging out with friends. Watching tv, reading books, or browsing are the activities I do day after day. The only social relationship I do is in my restaurant I work at. I am afraid of meeting somebody I know when I go to bookstore, market, or anywhere I go. Isn't it very bad? So would guys help me?
