Smoking has become so common now a days , men, women, teeangers and even some children are now smoking freely in public places. There is so much smoke in the air that we lack fresh air. People who don't smoke and cannot tolerate even the smell of cigrattes, are suffering. What should be done.

At least you tried to stop this and you accept that it is a bad habit. I am sure you are not smoking in public. If you see your friends smoking in non smoking areas, please stop them. If all smokers could realise their own limits, this discussiion would not have aroused at all.
Thanks for your response.

smoking should be banned in public places including Trains !
Then whoever breaks this rule should be punished in the public, just like the way they do in Saudi Arabia !
For these sort of "law and order" maintenance, I like "kingdom rule" and NOT "country rule" to come !
agree ?
best wishes !

I smoke, If I am around someone I know don't smoke I use my manners and don't smoke around them. We do lack fresh air not only from smoking though, perfumes, cologne's, air freshner's. Year's ago smoking anywhere was no big deal, people come up with these reports and all of a sudden it is so awful. I wonder if they did these types of reports on Canned Foods or all the chemicals they use for our vegtables and produce and meats what kind or results they would get. This is my opinion, I am in no way trying to offend you. Please don't take it that way, Thank You for this Discussion.

Dear friend, you don't have to hesitate to give your view. You remember you manners while smoking, that is more than enough to prove that you are a good person. Yes I agree, there are other things also which prevents fresh air, but I think cigratte smoke is very strong compared to others. Thanks for your reply.

Some of the states and states have started banning "smoking" in public places , which includes trains also ! Maybe this can be started / implemented in all places and who breaks this rule should be punishes on the spot like the way they punish in Saudi Arabia...If a couple of people get punished, others will be so much scared that they will not do it..! right ?
For this sort of "law oand order" in the society, I like "kingdoms" and NOT "countries" ! agree ?
