Hi, The Mangement need to be taught more on the People oriented since in India Humans are valued more and it needs to be utlized and more over there is no point of taking the new employees in to the organisation when the company fails to retain the Experienced one.

Hi, Pramod Its been a great weekend with the Intertitle family which helped a bit in understading the personlaity qualities and one worst thing happened is the management is nto ready to understand the responsibility of the employees which is taken by them and the pay doesn't suit in any of the aspects. Let me know if u have any thoughts on the same.
