how many people are there who exactly know or r crystal clear of the fact that what they exactly want in there life i mean that they plan for their future n walk according to that n in how many cases their plannin go successful????????

I'am pursuing B.E. from a private college n my aim is to get a good job in one of the MNC ,earn money there n have lots n lots of new interesting xperiences. About further studies I have not yet planned.
