Yeah, twice a day , one at noight and other one in morning.. I use to use glister toothpaste ..what about you????

i use sensodyne for sensitive teeth, im one of them people who can't eat sweets or cakes or anything unless i want really bad toothache! :(

everyday. got to keep the chompers in good working order! lol currently we are using Crest ProHealth. im not too fond of its texture, but it does seem to be doing all that its supposed to.
