Yes, i think that we have the same opinion too about schools...Schools are just there to provide us the basic information about things but you have to put those in practice to really learn something....

Good subject. I think romanian schools gives you too much information but the problem is what to do with it. This is our big problem, we just learn something but don't know what to do with it in the future, this is the happy case in which something remains in your head. What to say nowadays everyone who wants make a faculty even if they don't know their teachers. We live in Romania and this occupyes all our time...

School is place where you can learn and earn many things, such as reading, writing, knowledge, atequet, obedienc rule, how to meet others, how to lead disciplined life, how to maintain time, etc. Only for study you do not go to school. What is inside a book that you can learn from home by employing private teacher, but you cannot earn more other knowledge which can learn from school as I said here at the top lines.

Around here it seems that kids learn something in school only if they are made by the teacher or if they study extra at home... Plus, the information you recieve at achool is limited by the teacher's competence, and in Romania you become a teacher if you are truly passionate or if you are not good enough to do something else (most oftenly) so...the kids need other information sources

Not all things can be learned in the classroom. Education should be holistic. It is also important for people to go beyond the confines of the school by going on field trips, doing some outside activities (like inter-school competitions and community service), camping, etc. I wonder if your school does these extracurricular activities that are done outside the school. You're absolutely right, there's a need to put what you have learned in school into practice -- otherwise it's useless, what you have learned is not gonna sink in.

in romania school offers too much information from too many domains of activity.We learn too much unuseful stuff things that will not help us in the future.old crap
