confessions ???? what do you say ?

How often do you confess ?? so people explain do you confess or not firstly thn how often and before whom ?? i confess only before god, sometimes my diary ( these days i stopped writing ), my best friend and lastly my hubby ...All in same order.

Confess for a sin or guilt is not bad. It can be vid whom u did wrong or vid GOD as people do. It makes ur Soul n heart burdenless n heals for healthy life to some extent.
