Most of the schools have a policy not allowing their teachers to have a relationship to their students. What is the relevance of this kind of policy to the school? Does the teacher and student don't have the freedom to have a relationship? What do u think about this issue??

It's an abuse of power. If an ex student ends up in a relationship with a past teacher some time in the future; then so be it but I certainly do not condone relationships between students and teachers while they are actively learning etc The situation leaves both the student and the teacher open to manipulation, special treatment and accusations. Teachers are role models and would probably face student infatuation on an ongoing basis. It has nothing to do with freedom in choosing a relationship the current laws are in the same vein as pyschiatrist/patient relationships which would also represent an abuse of power.

You discussion dost not clearly states about what type of relationship you are talking, if it is a teacher student then not a problem, some student takes private tutions from there teachers. thats outside.
