Got engaged but couldn't stop loving my childhood sweetheart !!

:) why does your frnd need to even try to stop loving his childhood sweetheart.... and even if he does try can he really stop himself.... Problem is not loving someone... Prob arrises wid comparing your love with ur existing relationship, expecting the person in your life to be more or less like your love.... Why does he have to complicate things, if he loves someone, let it be... It will be like that for his entire life... But since he is also engaged to someone, he also has certain reponsibilities towards that person, certain commitments and he should adhere to those. The two people hold two different positions in his life and both are equally important.... If he understands that, its all simplified.... he cant stop himself from loving someone, at the same time, he just cant run away from his responsibilities. So let the sweet memories of his love be with him, and he shud also be mature enough to adhere to his commitment towards the female he is engaged to.....

look even my condition is somewhat like that...childhood or first love are memorable....but we need leave it and move ahead in life.

i cont know.... just dont marry yet.... so that you will not complicate things... only marry when you're sure bout your feelings!!

Like you said you are till in love with your childhood sweet heart, and if she really loves you too, then i think there will be a problem. The problem is that if you marry the girl you are engage to, difinately the marriage won't last long, so i will advice you to investegate and see if you childhood sweety still loves you and if she does marry her cos thats your soulmate

do you love your fiance? if yes you're only loving you and your childhood sweetheart'e memories. if not, youre marrying her for the wrong reason.
