Who all workout daily?

I workout daily, however at times I have to leave my workout due to some personal calls. I usually workout 5 days a week completing a schedule of 6 muscles. Chest-Day 1, Back - Day 2, Triceps & Legs - Day3, Bisceps- Day 4, Shoulders - Day 5 & rest two days Sat & Sun are left for rest.

I work out every other day as recomended on my very own bow flex, it has helped me melt away my baby fat,
now im a hot mama :D

Wow thats pretty great
I just stick to a bit of dumbles, crunches and pushups to be fit
