Abuses on Mylot

i noticed lots of abuses in this site... people that copy discussions from a site to another, from an user to another, people with no respect, racist etc. Do you report the abuses you notice to the Staff?? how do you do? do you send an email, you click on "contact" above or you click on the "!" near every discussion, comment, post??? i think it is important to let the Staff knows what is happening here!
