Caption should be all rounder?

All rounder caption is better in compare of batsman or bowler.As he can take better decision for both bowler and batsman.What's your view?

Nop I dont think that, because an all rounder is a man of all fields but master of none, so at captain level, a master is required, let it be bowler or batsman, all captains currently are good captains as when u spend enough time and team and selection have enough confidence in u than u will be a captain !
