How to have a GOOD interview?

If you have good experiences, please shared it with me. Which one is actually considered as good answer during interview? If the recruiter ask a question that actually we're not capable of it, should we answer we're capable? coz later if we're hired, we still have time to learn. Or do you think we need to be honest?
