No, I do not smoke. I have tried it long ago. I did not find any good benefit I am getting out of smoking. I quit immediately. It is such a waste to be burning hard earned money to contribute to pollution that way; to be exposing oneself to the hazards of tongue, throat and lung cancers; to be nursing thickening amount of nicotine in the teeth each time; to allow it to irritate the sinuses often; oh, so many more to follow.
