I COMPLETED MY MBBS FROM RUSSIA IN 2002. NOW TO GET MY PERMANENT NUMBER MCI HAD SEND MY degree FOR VERIFICATION IN MOSCOW. BUT DUE TO THERE DELAY IN WORK PROCESS I AM NOT ABLE TO GET MY PERMANENT NO. ON TIME DUE TO WHICH I CANT START MY PRACTICE,
KINDLY GUIDE ME WHAT I SHOULD DO AND HOW TO CONTACT INDIAN EMBASSY IN MOSCOW

You can contact them online or I think you should visit the MCI office in New Delhi. And if required, you can also have to visit Moscow Indian Embassy.
