Is external Hard disk really usefull §

im planning to buy an external harddisk to store my excess data,,,,but im in a confusion whether to buy it or not,,did any one of you having and using external disks and is it really worthy to have such external disks,,,,,,

yeh externel hard disk is better option if u have guts to operate it

I have 1 80 GB and 2 40 GB at home. It's really very useful beacuse you can save a lot of files (in our case our baby's pictures) in it so you're saving the space for the HD of your PC. Plus you can take it with you anywhere.

They are fantastic!!!!! I've only got a little one [my old 8gb hard drive from my old PC] and so no longer do i have to go searching for disks with the programs/old files that i'm after ... its easy to load up [or keep connected] ... its lightweight ... its portable ... and i wish that someone had thought this up years ago! I'd recommend it to everyone
