Generally, a family revolves round the Big boss ....The Mom before marriage. And after that Wife takes the charge.
It's case for many families, what abou u..?

Every single person in the family makes it complete.Every single person is important.Just like in our body every single part in important.Likewise everbody on the whole make the family complete.

I am a mother of five kids, I have been married for 16 years now and in all the 16 years that my husband and I have been together, it is husband who makes the big decision especially when it concerns the children, financially, it is me since I handle the finances so basically it is a collaborative effort between us handling family matters.

no one boss in family, we give respect to older people, parent, grand mom pop, it is best way to make family complete, every member of the family participate making complete family.

my mom and my dad is the makes my family complete..they always be there to help me out..they give so much love to me..without them i m nothing..i love my mom and my dad
