I live in newzealand and here we cannot sue those who make huge mistakes with pepoles lives.So far my husband has lost a grandmother ,his father then his mother all due to huge mistakes.Our recent loss was our daughter who was finally born at 30 weeks after my waters broke at 24 weeks ,i was in hospital for 6 weeks.I strongly believe that if we had been in the USA we would have a beautiful daughter to raise.I would like your views on different laws for different countrys.
