Are you using, Genuine version or pirated version of Windows XP ???

I am using the genuine version of windows xp.

yes when we buy a PC,vendor provides us apirated version of all. Now they are trassing through internet and making courrpeted.

Well when i go my comuter 2 yrs back I thought i was getting the genuine version but now when i tried to download Inernet Explorer 7 it said that I was not using the genuine version. Im shocked and I dont know what to do.

This is what I call a biased question. Those using fakes will never tell that they use fakes, while most of the responses will be by people using genuine windows. In India, most of the Windows used are pirated, at least for the assembled computers. Now, even if one buys a branded computer, the dealer sometimes offers to reduce the price of the computer by around 5000 Rs or more if the customer does not install the Windows supposed to be preinstalled, but goes for a pirated version.

Pirated version, I have no interest to make Bill Gates pocket larger, it's already huge!

I am using a Genuine version of Windows XP. When we got our computer the people who built it just gave it to us.

i use genuine xp sp2 version ,,,i got it along with my laptop when i bought it,,,,its best to have genuine one because we can get that addistional features from microsoft,,,,like latest dwonlaods ,ie7 wmp 11 like wise,,,,so go and get genuine.....
