There is a story in the news today about a Chinese woman's fortune rests on cardboard. She become the richest person in China through collecting wastepaper from 1990 in Los Angeles and shipping it to China to make the cardboard needed by growing export industries. Some people saw scrap paper as garbage and threw away. I always leave it and sell it. The price of old newspaperincreased to 1RMB per kg in China. How do you deal with old newspapers or wastepaper?
