Osteoporosis---A silent killer

Osteoporosis is being talked about more than any other disease these days. It weakens the bones and increases the possibility of fractures. It is found in women more than men. I was surprised that even under 20 yrs old girls are developing it. any such experiences with you?
plz share how to prevent this disease.

Man there are lot of deseases which are spreading these days and many of them doesn't have cure too but no one can do anything and everyone are helpless about it. About this desease I have heard it first time so I don't have much knowledge about it.
