R whites actually racists?or the real racists are those who think they r racists

Why is it that the whites are being labled as racists when they may be actually at the victims when in another country.?
Being an Indian myself, I know how whites are stared at when they come as tourists or students here......so who is to blame for this 'racism' thing?

I don't think any one race can be labled as racists, it's an individual thing in my opinion. Some people are and some people aren't. I believe it has a lot to do with how we are raised and how many different cultures we are exposed to during our childhood years. I know my children go to school with blacks and whites and they really don't notice the difference in color, which I for one think is fabulous!
