What is this rating factor on mylot??????????

I am there n mylot for the past one month but then also i am not able to understand that what is this rating factor on mylot that mylot does to its members who contribute good to this website? How this rating is decided and assigned to each and every member of the website?????? on what basis this rating is decided and how does this help the customer to increase his/her earnings when i joined the website i didnot have any rating...but after a week...i earned a reputation of 91/100... after some days i earned a reputation of 411/100 and now i have a reputation of 46/100 what is this? i m anot able to understand this fundamental please help me out friends so that i can work in a specific direction to increase my earnings..
