very simple just give him a warm and exciting welcome...and even if u dont know abt his visit then also give the feelings nd expressions of happiness.present urself as liked by him only not so much formal nt so ooooo in formal...ok have a nice day,

I would offer to take their jackets off, offering dome a cocktail drink to make them feel at ease.
