Sorry, I cant help you, I am not a big cod eater so I dont prepare it too often. When i do, I deep fry it also.

We're having fish tonight, too. I'm just putting it in a foil-lined metal pan and broiling it in lemon juice, olive oil, and butter. I also make a little pan out of foil and put similarly seasoned zucchini, sliced very thin, into it. The little foil pan goes into the fish pan. The fish juices don't get onto the zucchini, and I only have one pan to clean. Add some slaw or potatoes and you've got a great meal.
