How does Pay Pal works?

Is their any one who has got money thro Pay Pal.Can u please discuss here how exactly Pay Pal works.Do we need a credit card or a bank account for this purpose.

When you sign up for Paypal, you need either one. They require it because say you decide to buy something from ebay, but your paypal account is under that amount. They will charge your credit card or transfer funds from your account to cover it. It is safe, I have never had a problem with them.
