Internet friends

Has anyone ever met anyone over the internet? I met my best friend over the internet. we talked for a long time on messenger, then on the phone and finally met in a restaurant...hit it off and have been the best of friends since. About a year ago I was lifelighted to the hospital and she was the first one there besides my family. She is great! My brother met his wife of 6 years online too. I know there are many stories about bad things but I just wanted to mention a few good ones. I think caution is very important in these situations.

I met my Bruce on the internet. We both have Multiple Sclerosis. We were in a Yahoo MS Support group. We probably met 8 yrs ago online and got together 3 1/2 yrs ago. He came to me New Years Eve 2003 and never went home! LOL.
It sound like you met a lifetime friend, when you got that one!

yeah dude!! i met two ones !! a friend which is bassit in a band here and my girl friend lol by the wey she was !! i knew here on myspace and she asked me to meet and we did and after i loved her she loved me back and we become boy and girl friends but after some months she left me lol
