How referrals work and that 25% thing

Ok so I just read up about how referring works. It says that you get 25% of what your referrals' posting and photo earnings are. That means you can send as many people here as you want. If they aren't producing, they aren't earning, and neither are you.

well its true that if they r nt producing u will not get the 25% of their earnings only that does not mean that u will not earn ANYTHING....before making refferels....u shd convince the person for doing work on mylot...then only u'll get tht 25% of his earnings..
