When my sister had her cat, Pepe, in her garden apartment, she didn't realize how active the cat really was. Early one morning, Pepe caught a mouse (probably a field mouse) and placed it at the foot of the stairs. My sister's half-asleep boyfriend used those stairs a few hours later and didn't see the dead mouse until his bare foot stepped on it. I thought that was hilarious! Hahahahaha! But not to worry, Pepe and my sister's friend were such good friends that her friend's annoyance turned to amusement.

My kittie use to play fetch with match books. I'm not really sure what the fascination was, but she would collect all the match books in my house and drop them on my lap or my head. Sometimes, it was annoying, especiallly if I was trying to sleep. Some mornings I would wake up surrounded by match books. In my frustration I would throw the match book and my little kitty would run and get it and drop it on my head again. So much for sleep. LOL

Your cat and mind would get along really well. I commented in this same thread about our "Calico Retriever." Sounds like they could be long lost siblings!

Well our cats don't bring us mice to prove they are mighty hunters. Oh no, they have to bring us Geckos. Which would be fine and dandy except they are still alive. We then have to figure out a way to get them away from the cat and back outside. See they can make a cat sick if they eat them so we have to save the poor things. It can be real fun if they decide to drop it on our foot or they get into the house and then we have to try and catch it.

OK, this is the thing that my old lazy cat does and almost nightly. When we go to bed, she usually waits until we are all settled in and then jumps up and lays on my hubby's chest. She does the usual purring and stuff to fall asleep, but before she falls asleep... she sniffs his face and then licks him with that sandpaper tongue. (awwww) the best part... after the lick, she settles back down, curls her feet back under herself and then SNEEZES in my hubby's face! LOL
This wasn't a 1 time thing, this she does almost every night. And it's not always funny... she's done it to me a couple times.. but I always laugh when my hubby gets the kiss then the shower! ROFL!

My cat, Carolina, is what we call a Calico Retriever. She likes to play with the milk rings (the safety rings from gallons of milk). We can toss it and she tries to catch it in mid air. Sometimes she jumps really high or does flips trying to catch it. She is hilarious and we really need to video her and post it on You Tube or send it to America's Funniest Home Videos.

I have two cats. One doesn't do anything but sleep, eat, and make. The other is filled with surprises daily. Lots of fun.
She was stealing my personal belongings for awhile. I couldn't find my things. Then found them in a pile in the corner of the closet. In the mornings, she sticks her paw inside my mouth, to wake me up for water. She will not drink from a bowl, only running water from a sink.

One of my cats, Muffin, has learned how to open up one of my closets and a cabinet. In the cabinet we had kept toys for them which are feathers on a pole and also on what could be considered a fishing pole because we don't want them to wrap the string around themselves by accident.
One morning this past week Muffin was playing with one of these toys in another room and my husband noticed her and asked her, like we all do, where she got it from. He went into the room with the cabinet and sure enough, the door was wide open and the toys were on the floor. People usually childproof their homes, now we have to "cat proof" our home because she pulls everything out of the closet and cabinet, not just the toys.
