have u ever wondered y yoga is becoming soo famous and many r quite interested to learn .also many people who have practised yoga have experienced good results from practising it. it makes many wonder if yoga is really that good for our health. well it is. there r many wonderful results got by practising it everyday.
1. pranayama- have u ever wondered y breathing exercises r given soo much of importance? it helps in regualting the mind.it actually helps in preventing soo many lung diseases.u know y many lung diseases r present.it is because the sair wwe breathe does not reach each and every part of our lung. so the untouched parts get infected with micro-oragnisms, which is the main cause for ling diseases like asthma , allergies. by breathing well , in yoga, it makes the air reach everypart of the lung. also pranayama helps in calming down the mind ,which inturn helps in caliming the heart, which is really good for heart-patients.
2. many other diseases like constipation, irregular mentural cycles for women, BP, cholestrol , and many otr diseases r cured.
3. many can avoid the onset of diabetes if they practise yoga regualrly.

I absolutely love yoga. There is this great rush of wellness you can feel flowing through your entire body when you practice yoga regularly.

I´m very stressed and by nature a nervous person, since I´ve been practising yoga I feel a lot more calm and serene. It´s decreased my insomnia and made me feel better physically as well as mentally.

hey good. y is it that u dotn practise now. it seems if u practise it regularly...like if u do it everyday like bathing , brushing ur teeth etc...it will be a part of ur life and also it will help u to maintain good health. practise evryday iam sure u will attain success.

This is Amit from Mumbai. I have a problem of pimples. Actually i belong to punjab and now i am in Mumbai. But the climate here is not suiting me and i have many pimples on my face.
I have started doing pranayaam for last one month.
IAnd you will be surprised that pimples are reduced upto 50 % withoutany medicine or cream.
So Yoga is the Best medicine.
