I have the neighbor from hell

You may not believe it - my sister lives next to me and so I have got a very good neighbour. We can catch up with each other almost daily, do groceries together and help each other a fair bit....

I had a horrible neighbor, but luckily she moved away. The cops were always there because her and her boyfriend were constantly fighting in the front yard. It was rediculous. She had a dog that wasnt taken care of and it would roam the neighborhood. My neighbors and I would feed and give it water because it was so skinny. They finally moved thank god!
