try upgrading your ram aka memory chip to at least 512mb for smooth play. graphics does not help much in game.

Memory won't affect it that much because it's a flash game the most important performance part is the CPU, I think you need atleast 1,5 Ghz for smooth play with full graphics.

if you mean to have no lag on runescape then either you could get a faster computer or update your graphics card
