MyLot referrals

I've been joining MyLot since 2 months ago and I have 15 referrals, what I am wondering is only 1 active referral and I got less earning from my referral, any suggestion what should I do to build all my referral to active in discussion in MyLot?

Help each other. Talk to your referrals about getting active, and reply and post to each others discussion. In that way, they feel responded.

That's the problem, I can't contact them because i can't see my referral e-mail's address in mylot

u shud convince ur refferels in a strong way i.e u'll have to assure them that they'll definitely get the money frm tis only if u work..convince them for working on it and earn then only ur earning can also increase.
