Now that I've heard that a lot of moms can be as paranoid as me. I want to know how it feels to have one. In your teens, have you detested your mother, or even fathers for being too over protective of you? What was the worse that happened in your relationship?

I used to tell my mom she was to paranoide now that i have a 3 month old of my own I am the paranoide one and i relize why they do it. Your parents are paranoide due to the love they have for you!! Trust me it aint to hurt or harm u in any way!!! My mom lost a child due to her being handicapped. I know how itfeelsandtheywant to protectthere loved ones in every way possible!!

Same here. My mom was too over protective of me. I missed a lot growing up, it made me a little rebellious. But having kids of my own now understood why they where so afraid of our environment. Having a paranoid mom taught me that there are still limitations. I want my kids to enjoy growing up, enjoy teen life and friends. It would be hard but I know I need to loosen up. Thanks for the response.
