Should I purchase a new computer or a playstation or xbox ?

In my eyes, definetly computer. I mean you can do way more stuff with it, and both the xbox 360 and ps3 have been reported to have bugs. I would rather take a computer that I can do so many things on than a buggy game system.

pc would be my bet..as you get more out of it..for lmost the same money

might think it all depends on your personal requirements. But I think the computer is always better than gaming console as it can do a lot of things apart from playing games. And in today's world multicasting is something that is very important and date of this letter I would always recommend the use of computer instead of Playstation ex-box or any other gaming concern. Even I have a high configured computer instead of a gaming console.

The computer will be your best bet since you can do alot more with it. We have the new ps3 and personally to me there isnt to much great about it.

U should purchase a new pc dude instead of xbox or playstation bcoz in latter 2, work is limited 2 gaming, But in pc, other than gaming there is much-2 more

I'd go with a new computer. It would get you a lot further than a gaming system would.

Well it depends, how often do you use your pc currently? What do you use it for? I personally would prefer to get a new computer, then save up for a console.

buddy its up to u wat u want if u have a laptop n u are a game freek then go for xbox but both are different things xbox is for gaming n there is no pc evermade to beat it....

i think a PC, or laptop will be aa good choice...as i think both of them can be used for many purposes, and regarding speed, u have many options in terms of procesor and RAM,,,which can increase ur speed.... i think games are not a criterion,for buying them.....think abt the other work, like u can access my lot on pc/laptop :-)

Sure the XBox and the PS2 are entertaining, but you get much more bang for your buck with a new PC. Not only does the PC have some great games, but you get so many more valuable options. Definitely go with a new PC!

If you're just looking for gaming go with a console system. My advice would be the Xbox 360, the PS3 is getting some horrid reviews and Sony tried to do way too much way too quickly to make it viable at this point. Even the Wii would be a better choice at this stage of the game. PCs are still good if you're going to do more school/work related stuff on it (word processing, web browsing/site building), but for just gaming it's best to have a dedicated resource. Go with the 360 and sign up for the Xbox online while you're at it.

As we know that competition in case of gaming is very high these days & also now our pc has not that configuration to handle today's games, since their requirements r high. So, just 4 gaming, tell me, should I buy a new pc or a playstation or xbox. I think pc will b good, bcoz not only gaming but also other type of work r also done on computers like interacting with softwares, again ntheir requirement is also high these days. So, tell me,pc or xbox or playstation. but i hink u should try to maintain ursself

i will suggest pc. as you said, not just for gaming, it can be used for another purpose. even it have to fulfill the higher requirement, but nowadays the price quit low and easy to get. also it can be upgrade anytime. then u know already in comparison right

depends on your budget..if you are willing to pay 5 times the cost for a computer that will run the latest games, then go for it!!if not just get a good old xbox360...the ps3 is overpriced...some ppl have gone as far as to say that the ps3 production should be stopped.. to each his own...however, if you are not a serious gamer, i suggest you look at the nintendo wii...its more economical and its LOTS OF FUN... peace and love.

yo, you should use computer, cos it's a very good thing. Xbox and stuff is just a wastage of time!
