how do you make saying NO easy

to family it's quite easy to say coz they 'll understand u as they know u better.bt to frends it is to some extent a little bit difficult bt acc. to situation we can be frank with them n make them understand n say NO.

Be firm about, if they need some explanation, give them the best explanation you got. Saying no becomes difficult when you're saying no a lot of times in the past and yet afterwards you'll be convince. That means your no is meaningless and they can easily get into you. If it's no, say no, if it's yes say yes, if your not sure, say you'll give your answer later.
