Does the recent retirements push Aussies back?

We all know that Aussies strength lies mainly on their senior and experienced players. But in the last few months I've noticed quite a few Australian players getting retirement. I certainly feel this is pushing Aussies back quite a bit. Because now they are lacking in both the forms of the game. The loss of players like 'Langer' and 'Martin' would certainly reflect their loss in batting. And their bowling department is gonna obviously suffer with the loss of 'McGrath' and 'Warne'. Even though Aussies have some good players in their reserves, I still think that they have now become verymuch vulnerable. But as far as ODI is concerned they are still in track and these loses wouldn't affect their progress. But as far as test cricket is concerned, now Australians can be beaten by any decent side. Now I believe that this is right time for the teams like India, West Indies, South Africa and Pakistan can come up.
