I think it'd be about time if Scolari lef the national team after Euro 2008. It's true that he's been part of the greatest recent years of our national team, but I believe that by then it will be the right time to start a new cycle, especially by hiring a portuguese manager. What do you people think?

I think it's tome to start a new era in portuguese national team, Portugal should hire a promising portuguese manager to complete the renewing of national team.

i think hiring a portuguese coach would be good, but just for the coach. besides mourinho i think portugal has not a top coach that can handle with some of the greatest players in the world.
i think scolari is great, but he should leave and find some other team.

One more person agreeing then...indeed 5 years is more than enough time for him around here, despite the great things he has achieved. We need to show to the world that we can also win with a portuguese manager commanding the national team.

I am portuguese and i prefer that Scolari stay at the national team because he are doing a very good work he put Portugal in the final of Euro04 and in the semi off World Cup08 and equalize the two best results off Portugal in the history, for Portugal its better than Scolari stay but i think Scolari after the Euro will go for another country ou to a club

I see your point of view, but as I said, I think it's time for a new cycle and even Scolari must be thinking about that right now. He'll probably move elsewhere after Euro 2008.

I don't mind wether he's out or not after Euro 2008 but he could stay for me because his work with the team was not that bad, had some worst results but every coach has them and still I think they are integrated already both the team and the coach so I think he could stay.

In my opinion I don't think he should go.
I can't remember the last time Portugal played in any final game, and this man took us to the final of the Euro Cup. I don't like Scolari, but this is the true, he took us there, and I don't think there will be someone that can do it again soon.

Well, I don't take back any of his merits, but you have to see that he was not the only person behind Portugal's recent success, we have a squad full of world class players, our football is going stronger and supporters help a lot too. I think we can keep on being successful even withouth him.
