Does Formating our Hardisk Causes Damage to our System...

i just want to know ... any body like formats their system once in a month and reinstall all the softwares again .. so that we get good performance... ... also .. does it cause any damage to our hardisk ...

no my dear friend. There is no damage after formating your system.
I havent faced it yet.

i dont format it once in a month...i do it only when i get serious problems with my OS...formatting only erases the data in the particular drive and does not cause any damage to your system or harddisk

thers no harm in formatting ur sys......
it just formats the drive in which the operating system is present....
before formattin copy ur important file/folders into another drive dat doesnt contain os....n ur files r secure then start formatting.......
