What do you do before sleeping guys?

What are your activities before sleeping? it's okay if you stay awake after the lights are out and do otehr stuff.

uaually completing my homework, studyin, or playing games... readin... talking with my girlfriend.... putting her to bed.... havin agalss of grape juice

brush my teeth, switch off the lights.

Have a drink of water, clean my teeth, change into pyjamas or nightie, read for a while then turn the light off before hopefully nodding off into the land of sleep. :)
