I love to cook and I might say that I can cook reasonably well. One of the dishes that sets the taste buds flowing is a Goan Dish called Vindaloo, I learnt this from my dad and he learnt it from his mother. It is really difficult to get a restaurant in Mumbai that can serve a good Vindaloo, I have tried it at many places but they tend to use ingredients that are substandard and the end result is poor tasting Vindaloo.
