What is the difference between the MissUSA padgent and the Miss America padgent?

There both the same if you think about it but what is the diference?

Well I think the difference is That In the Miss USA is only entitled to girls who are US Citizen while Miss America might include the Dependent states as well Like Peurto Rico etc.

I thought Miss USA compete in Miss Universe pageant and Miss America in Miss World. They are done by different company I think.
