the largest living thing is a 2200 acre fungus in oregon, its said to be found underneath the soil.

Although the Great Barrier Reef can be considered the largest life form on Earth, it is made of many different organisms. I also always thought it was the redwood tree. Maybe that's the longest living thing. You ask a very interesting question, taurusgirl.
